What happens to cofiscated winnings?

Hi,
Just wanted to understand one thing from casino world!
What happens to the winnings that are confiscated from the players?
Scenarious:
1. Winnings after wager done and are capped?
2. Winnings from accounts that cannot do KYC.
Especially interested in first one. Isn’t that providers pay casinos the wins + casinos edge and casinos pays players? If bonus is capped casino just keep the reminder of the money after its capped after the wager.

To answer this question how you’re approaching it, the casino keeps any ‘winnings’ after wager cap. But in reality, there are no extra winnings because you’re not playing under regular terms; you’re playing under wager terms with a cap – those extra winnings are purely illusionary.
