Ordered a foundation stick from them, and while the product itself looked amazing, the shade wasn’t quite right. Went to find Westman Atelier https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/westman-atelier/customer-service.html to see if they could help with an exchange. Took a couple of days to get a response via email, but they did offer a return option. Not the fastest process, but at least they were polite and clear about the steps.
