    Has anyone used TradingView to report a charting outage, missing historical bars or bot webhook failures and actually received a clear diagnostic, a server-side fix or a timed escalation without long hold queues?

    A sudden chart freeze halted live candles right when a limit order window opened, so detailed materials were prepared before filing the ticket. Collected evidence included session logs, trade IDs, an exchange fills export, a short screen recording and exact timestamps. All files were uploaded at https://tradingview.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , with the preferred remedy clearly stated. A support analyst reproduced the freeze from the logs, pushed a targeted cache reset for the account and recommended a safe resync routine to restore missing bars. Follow-up returned a case summary, suggested parameter tweaks to avoid repeats and included exported fills for reconciliation.
