Post-construction cleaning services are among the most sought-after by customers. Construction dust, glue and paint residues require not only thorough cleaning, but also the use of powerful vacuum cleaners and steam cleaners. You can read more about this at https://ukrainecleaners.com/Auburn/. A cleaning company must be prepared for such tasks and have the necessary tools in its arsenal to effectively remove construction debris.

I really froze when reading about hidden fire hazards because in our Dallas office in early 2025 old wiring set the server room on fire and the damage reached $2.3M while firefighters were extinguishing the blaze water destroyed half the equipment and part of the client contracts we almost lost completely and the insurance company immediately claimed that the renovation was done without supervision so payouts were cut this was the first time I understood why you need a construction owner’s representative who actually controls every stage of building and renovation do you personally check contractors or do you think it is safe to trust the first one who shows up.
