You’re not alone, I had the same thing. It helped a lot when I started using what is liven. It’s a self-help app, but not in the “get it all done” style. It very gently helps you get back into a resourceful state. There are exercises for mindfulness, breathing, a mood tracker and, most importantly, a supportive AI interlocutor. Sometimes I just write everything that’s been piling up there and I feel it letting go. I highly recommend it – especially if you need support, but without pressure.

Yes, Liven is a great find. For a long time I thought it was just a trendy thing, but then I decided to try it. At first it was slow, but then I really noticed changes – I began to understand more about what was happening to me. The app seems to help build a dialogue with yourself. It really works – especially if you are emotionally stuck.
