It all depends on size and quality. For £10k it won’t be very big and it won’t be particularly great. The typical off the shelf garden room supplier will start at double that for a smallish room and four times that for something that is as big as you can go without getting involved with Building Control regulations
We also got a garden room last summer, mainly for a home office but it quickly became a multi-use space like you’re planning. We went with a local company that does fully insulated garden rooms built up here in Scotland — https://gardenrooms.scot proper sturdy stuff that keeps cozy year-round. It wasn’t cheap, yeah, around 12k with installation, but having a dedicated quiet space made a huge difference.
