I recently had furniture repaired by Furniture Repair Services in Santa Barbara, CA, and I can share my experience. First of all, I like that they work with different types of damage: from small cracks and scratches to serious damage, such as broken legs or warped frames. I faced the same problem a few months ago – I had an old sofa that I inherited from my grandmother. Not only was it very worn out, but it was also sagging in some places. I did not want to throw it away because the sofa had an interesting antique upholstery, and I knew that it was impossible to find similar models anymore. I decided to contact SantaBarbaraYP and was pleasantly surprised. During the work, the specialists demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The craftsmen came to my home, assessed the damage and offered several repair options, including restoring the wood elements and replacing part of the upholstery. I liked that they not only fixed the defects, but also made the sofa much more durable and comfortable than before. They used materials that perfectly matched the original style of the furniture, so even after the repair, the sofa looked like new, but with the old charm preserved. What is important, their prices are quite reasonable for this level of work. For example, restoring the frame cost about $ 200, but at the same time I knew for sure that in a few years there will be no problems with this sofa. It is not cheap, but it is worth paying for quality work.

I also ordered furniture repair from SantaBarbaraYP at one time and was satisfied! I can confirm that they have a truly qualified team. As Dmitry said, they have different repair options, from simple to more complex. I ordered restoration of an old table with a crack from them, and the result was great. In principle, this is a good company that is suitable for those who want not only to repair, but also to restore old furniture so that it will serve for many more years.

Furniture repairs can be tricky enough without having to chase down responses from the original seller. I had a cabinet issue that started small but kept getting worse—and trying to sort it through official channels was a whole other challenge. Came across https://seventh-avenue.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html while looking for tips, and it gave a solid preview of what kind of replies (or lack of) to expect. Definitely helped shape how I approached the follow-up.
