A guy on eBay had a bunch for different transmission model’s a while back. Price seemed really good so I bit on one. Not current stock, definitely at least few years old, was wondering about who really made them for fram
Pretty complete, has clutches steels gaskets and seals included. It’s been a few months ago, I don’t remember the price but I think it was something like $60-some $$. Less than half of what I’ve paid for my last few overhaul kits.
Found it $45, with shipping it was $58. KT1077
Probably a standard kit from someone else in a Fram box. I just gave away a 904 kit.
I ran into the same issue a few years back with my ’73 and ended up tearing it down fully. Turns out some parts were more worn than I thought, especially the cam and mains. I went with these engine overhaul kits because they had what I needed without me having to chase down everything separate. Saved me time and matched up fine with my Slant.
