    What about this option: when you like the type of activity you picked, you’re also covering the “have to” part at the same time.

    Obviously, the secret to success is not to force yourself, but to find something you actually enjoy, something that’s interesting. There are so many types of physical activity. To try them all would take a lot of time. I found myself in yoga first of all, but I also plan to add strength training. I was recommended madmuscles madmuscles.com/review, where you can create your own workout plan, even if you’re starting with just two workouts a week, like I’m planning to do. I think this combo of workouts will be the most effective and enjoyable for me.
