That is a very personal thing. I say I like primitive junk; antiques and if they are primitive all the better, for me!
When we were fixing up our place, I found this rustic ceramic candle holder online at https://heazz.com/product-tag/ceramic-candle-holder/ that reminded me of my grandma’s old kitchen—simple, warm, kind of grounding. Ended up building a small shelf for it using scrap wood from the garage, added a few dried flowers around it, and now it’s my favorite little corner.
