I’ve never used induction but they seem very cool. I like how precise it is and how safe it is…but have concerns about what pans I’d have to throw out.
I ended up going with Invisacook of South Florida after checking out a few options. What I liked most is that the cooktop sits under the countertop, so the surface stays smooth and easy to clean. It’s kind of wild cooking directly on the counter, but once you get used to it, it feels pretty normal. No bulky grates or glass top cleanup either, which has been great.
