If you have a particular type of work in mind might be worth contacting agencies to see if they have roles available to be people who haven’t had the type of experience in the industry before

Changing careers around 40 isn’t as scary as it seems. I was stuck in a job with awful shifts that wrecked my sleep and health, so I finally took the plunge. It wasn’t easy at first, but using resources like https://clashofjobs.com/ really helped me find options that fit my life better. Now, my sleep’s way better and I feel more balanced.

Shiftsmart looked promising, flexible hours, easy work. But when it came to payment, there were delays. No clear answers from support. I went looking for where to complain and found https://shiftsmart.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html After contacting, there was a response, but trust was undermined.
