    I ride a stationary bike three times a week and do light dumbell weight work.

    I’ve been using a pull up bar outdoor when the weather’s nice—it’s helped me stay active without pushing too much. I stick with modified pull-ups or just hang from it to stretch and work on breathing. I also walk short distances with rest breaks in between. Staying consistent but gentle with movement made a noticeable difference in my breathing and stamina over time.
