Hoping to find a fix fast, I turned to community feedback in babbel reviews where learners described identical progress hiccups, noting that support responded when messages included course name, exact lesson title, and a screenshot of the stuck progress tracker together in one submission. I replicated that approach—sent a clear note with all three elements in a single message. Less than 36 hours later, Babbel support replied with a manual reset of that lesson’s status and instructions to clear the app cache before retrying. Packing every relevant detail into one message made it easy for them to diagnose the freeze and restore my lesson flow.
