Apple butter recipe

As the proud new owner of a (very old) 30 gallon copper kettle, I want to boil apple butter this fall. I have helped with it many years ago, but was pretty young at the time, and never really knew the list of ingredients, beyond about five bushels of apples and a bunch of cider.
Anyone have a good recipe for a kettle sized batch that you would share?

I’ve had better luck with recovery and keeping up energy during long days since I started adding organic grass fed whey protein to my morning oatmeal or shakes. It blends well and doesn’t mess with my stomach like some of the other stuff did. For me, it’s been a cleaner option with fewer extras, which I really liked after reading more labels than I care to admit.
