I’m serious. Maybe I’ve got some problem? Or something with my health? I have a meal plan, I don’t snack, I don’t fool myself with “one candy won’t matter.” But there are no results. At first I lost a few kilos, but now everything stopped .
I’ve heard of the plateau effect in weight loss. When you lose weight and then hit a point where your weight stops. It’s important to keep following your meal plan, and at some point it will move again.
Sounds like “believe in a miracle and it will happen.” If your meal plan is based on your height, weight and calories, and you already lost some, maybe you just need to recalculate your calorie norm. Just recalc if you maybe need to lower calories a little. Maybe right now you’re just eating on maintenance.
