I’ve been using cannabis to manage my PTSD, and while it helps with sleep and anxiety, sometimes talking to someone is what gets me through the tough moments. I found an anonymous hotline for PTSD and trauma https://mentalhealthhotline.org/ptsd-hotline/ that’s been a solid backup during flare-ups. It’s good just knowing there’s zero pressure and someone will listen without judgment. Might be worth checking out if things feel too heavy.
