I see it’s been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask—has anyone here tried tracking their food with an app lately to stay on track? I found it way easier to stay focused when I started logging what I ate. Curious if anyone else had luck with that or found a better trick that actually stuck long-term.
IMO. cutting calories to 1500 can feel tougher than it sounds, especially hitting three solid meals. Switching to two meals plus snacks sounds smart—it keeps things flexible. A mate got good results adding some protein shakes from biaxol.co.uk between meals to stay full without extra calories. For meals, simple stuff like grilled chicken with veggies or omelettes work well. Cheat days can help mentally, but keeping them controlled makes it easier to stay consistent.
