I’d feel kinda hurt. Even if the person means well. I know my limits and it’s not like I forget to eat or work or talk to friends. And honestly, the way he said it didn’t sound like concern, more like passive-aggressiveness.
Everyone has their own way of talking and showing care. It’s not fun to be called out like that. But also, why did it bother you or make you feel weird? If you’re sure you’re fine, just tell them straight. If you started to doubt, maybe they have a point, and you really do need a break. I had a phase when I got into playaviatorgame aviator and literally couldn’t stop playing. Someone pointed out that I wasn’t really okay, playing for five hours straight. And I agreed, yeah, the game’s fun and addicting, but that’s not okay
