I am originally from Estevan, Sk and have lived here my whole life, with the exception of the few years I attended the University of Regina attaining my Local Government Authority Certificate. I have been married to my wonderful husband Gregg since 2008 and we have three very busy children, Ava (2011) and Hudson (2013), Mackenzie (2016) and a bunch of critters on our farm. I have always had a love for music and got started in the MYC program myself at age 4. I am a graduate of the program and went on to private lessons. I completed my grade 9 piano through the Royal Conservatory of Music and my grade 3 History and Harmony through the same. I have always wanted to teach music, and many had inquired why I don't, and my reason was this: I could not imagine teaching anyone how to play piano without first teaching them music. And I knew there was no better way to do this that by teaching MYC. My life has finally allowed for me to take this step into establishing my own studio. I completed my Level One MYC Training in June 2014, and was trained by my very first MYC teacher, Anita Kuntz (who is the former SK Provincial Coordinator for MYC). I completed my Level Two training in April of 2015, and my Level 3 training in March 2017. I am very happy to be offering Sunrise, along with all level 1, 2 & 3 classes. I have been involved in music, not just piano, throughout my whole life. All through school I played clarinet in Symphonic Winds, piano in Jazz band, sang & accompanied my choral class and school choir, and continue to lead (vocal & piano) with the worship team at Faith Lutheran Church. I so look forward to going on this musical journey with you and introducing your child to music. Through Music for Young Children's comprehensive approach to teaching and all the fun learning aids, you can expect your child to learn to LOVE music and be a skilled musician in no time.

My music studio features: One acoustic Piano, 4 digital pianos, many percussion instruments, diagrams, teaching aids, white boards, and puppets!! The studio location: 913 Isabelle St. , Estevan, Saskatchewan
