Hello! My name is Michelle! I have learned a lot throughout my musical journey about  the importance of early music education. As a mom of two kids myself, I am super excited to have the opportunity to impart my knowledge to others and share my love of music with you and your child. I started learning piano at a young age. These early musical experiences helped shape my love for music and I am very glad to have had them. I have gained multiple certificates as well as experiences teaching over the years. I has received my Associate Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Grade 8 piano and Grade 8 theory certificates and I was a music teacher in choir & preschool for many years. I have abundant experience in teaching children and planning comprehensive curriculum in music education. I graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master of Education. I have also been a Lecturer in higher education teaching “Child Studies & Development” and “Music Education Curriculum in Early Childhood Education”. My research interest is “Music & its Effect on the Brain Development” in the early childhood stage. My expanse of knowledge in childhood development & education contributes to my teaching philosophy: 'The gift of music lasts a lifetime'.
