Meet the Teacher

Hi! I'm Beth Nicholson. I've been an MYC teacher for 10 years and I still love it!

Musical Experience: I have my Music Performance Diploma from Red Deer College, majoring in voice. Besides playing piano, I enjoy singing and acting. Along with Gr. VIII Royal Conservatory piano, I also have earned many theory credits.

In my spare time I sing in a show choir, provide child care for a Mom's Time Out, play badminton and in the summer I run a business called The Garden Gal. In other words - I get bored really easily! But not once in 10 years have I ever been bored teaching MYC!

Group lessons are a fun way for children to learn from each other and because it is a parented program, you are learning music right along with your child. You're getting 2 lessons for less than the price of private lessons!
