Studio Policies
· Payment may be made monthly, by the term or by the year Please note that post-dated cheques for the year are required, regardless of payment option.
· Cheques must be received by the first lesson in September. Current dated cheques are welcome also. Please mail or drop off payment for books and the administration fee to confirm registration and allow me to get the student’s books and material before the first lesson.
· There are no refunds for missed lessons.
· Please call for homework if you miss a group lesson.
· 24 hour notice of cancellation would be appreciated when possible.
· Students who wish to withdraw for any reason must give one month’s notice and the balance of fees will be refunded.
· If I cancel your lesson/class, a makeup lesson/class will be offered. In the case of private lessons, if a student has to miss a lesson, a make up lesson can be arranged.
