Grace Note Music Studio is located in Kelowna, BC near Costco.
Private piano lessons, Music for Young Children group keyboard and preschool music and movement classes are offered.
Private Piano Lessons:
Several weekday private piano lesson times are still available starting in January 2012
Private piano lessons for beginner to late intermediate levels are offered in the studio. Weekday afternoon and evening times available.
Ages 4 and up.
*Lessons for young beginner students can also include a variety of hands-on learning activities, singing and music theory games.
Adult students welcome.
Music For Young Children Classes:
Grace Note Music Studio also offers Music for Young Children group classes for children ages 2 to 10. Music for Young Children is the most comprehensive group program out there: Singing together creates a special bond. Keyboard playing and rhythm ensembles nurture team skills. Creative movement develops individual expressiveness. Music reading and theory are reinforced with group activities and with colorful, hands-on materials. Composing integrates aural and written skills and gives children a sense of ownership.
Music for Young Children classes are age-appropriate, fun, and effective at providing children with the tools they need for later success in private piano lessons or another instrument of their choice. Upon completion of the MYC program, students are well prepared to take a Conservatory Grade 1 Piano exam as well as Preliminary Rudiments in theory if they so choose.

"I enjoy many musical activities and appreciate many genres of music. I have been playing the piano for over 25 years. I completed my Royal Conservatory Grade 8 in 1998. I have accompanied and participated in various choirs, participated in band and jazz-band and Church music ministries. I've been teaching private piano lessons since 1998 and MYC classes since 2008. Teaching music is my passion. I love to see students of all ages accomplish their musical and personal goals. I feel so blessed to be able to share the gift of music with those I teach."
