MYC Non- Keyboard Sunrise Lesson Costs

(Age 2.5 - 5)

Tuesday 10:00 - 10:45am or Saturday 9:15 - 10:00pm

MYC Sunrise Program is vocal and rhythm based deliberately compiled as Sunshine or Sunbeam readiness program.  The goals of the program include keeping a steady beat, imitating simple rhythm patterns, singing in tune, working on elementary listening skills, recognizing basic patterns and understanding some basic music vocabulary through exciting songs, movements, craft projects, workbook, solfege and rhythm activities as well as rhythm ensemble.  Sunrise offers an opportunity for parents to ascertain if their child has an interest in music before starting the keyboard programs.  The group setting encourages listening awareness, development of gross and fine motor skills, social interaction and development of attention span and confidence.

Classes run 45 minutes, once per week for three 10-week blocks from September to June.  $10 per lesson in three installments of $140.  Register all 3 blocks to receive 10% discount or one at a time.  Fee include:

Block 1: Sunrise CD, finger puppet, Claves and student manual

Block 2: Sunrise CD, finger puppet, Tambourine and student manual

Block 3: Sunrise CD, finger puppet, a pair of Shakers and student manual  

At Your Daycare/Preschool

If you would like MusicBee Academy to host MYC Sunrise (age 2 - 5)/ABC Music & Me (age 2 - 4) classes at your child's local daycare or preschool on a weekday morning, please email info@musicbeeacademy.com with the following information:

MYC Keyboard Lesson Costs

(Sunshine, Sunbeams, Moonbeams)

• $720 annual tuition
• covers 36 lessons from September - June (2 lessons are recitals or 1 lesson is fun game day) 
• payable by a single cheque or $160 deposit + 7 post dated cheques of $80 each (September - March)
• cheques are collected at registration
