Studio Policy:
· Missed Classes If you ‘must’ miss a class due to illness or a ‘very’ important other reason, you can:
1) attend another class that week if space is available
2) pick up the homework sheet from me and discuss what was covered
3) have the homework sheet e-mailed to you
4) call someone else in the class to get the information
Missed lessons will not be refunded.
· Withdrawal Policy Please be aware that this is a 36-week commitment. Once you have started classes with us, I cannot replace you with someone else mid-season. However, I do realize that some ‘extenuating circumstances’ could occur and if they do, please speak to me. However, there will be an automatic 8-week cancellation fee charged if cancellation occurs before December 1.
Any cancellations thereafter are non-refundable.
· Liability Waiver A Liability Waiver form must be signed for each student attending the studio.
· Annual Schedule As stated previously, this is a 36-week course. We will be starting the second week in September. We will take off one week in OCtober, two weeks off at Christmas and one week (perhaps 2 weeks) during Spring Break. Our last class will be our closing, year-end recital, which should take place the first weekend in June.
· Parking Because of the fact that I live in a cul-de-sac, parking is very limited. To ensure that everyone parks as close to the house as possible, please park as close to the garage door as possible so that we can fit at least four cars on the driveway.
· Siblings Unless enrolled in the same program, please do not bring other children to music class.
