Registration:
There is a non- refundable fee of $30.00 per student at time of registration. Material and book fees must be paid at time of registration.
Payment of Fees:
Tuition must be paid by cheque upon registration.Three payment options are available.
Missed Lessons:
There are no make up lessons or refunds for students who have missed lessons. In the event that the teacher is ill or has to be away from class the lesson will be made up.The teacher will advise how homework will be given to a student that has missed the class.
Withdrawals and Refunds:
Once a student has been registered in a class it is expected that they will complete the whole year or 10 week session (as with music pups and sunrise) except in exceptional circumstances such as moving or extended illness This is a 35 week commitment for Sunshine, Sunbeam and Moonbeam. Once a student has started their class, they are expected to complete the full year. A place in the class has been reserved for you and in many cases others have been turned away. Therefore, if you decide to withdraw you will be require to pay for the entire remaining balance of the full tuition of $700.00.
TImeliness:
Students and caregivers must arrive on time for lessons. Classes begin on time since there may be back to back classes. We will not extend time if you are late. Please be courteous to your other classmates.
Cell Phones and Texting
:
Caregivers please shut off all cell phones while we are in lessons. Give your child the gift of "being present" in class.
